Refund and Return Policy

At Mama Bear Custom Rugs, we take pride in creating custom rugs that are tailored to your unique specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Custom Rug Orders
Refundable if: There is a manufacturing defect or error in the product. Please before asking for a refund, make sure the product is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Due to Defects or Errors
Eligibility: If you receive a rug that has a manufacturing defect, please use Contact Us channel within 14 days of delivery.
Evidence Required: To process your claim, we may ask for photos and a brief description of the issue.
Resolution: If the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a store credit for the original purchase price.

Exchanges
Limited Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for custom rugs only if they are in the same conditions as received. If you have questions about sizing or design, please reach out before placing your order.

Cancellations
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of custom production.

Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: If an item is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
